Personal studios range from 100 to 300 SF at $1 per square foot, w/ a $75 monthly base fee for the open studio

Located in downtown Springdale
Individual studios open shop with modular walls do not lock and key
Organized fundraisers, gallery shows, and pop-up events
Open studio access Art Tool library, Ceramic wheel, Print-making tools, general craft supplies
Total of 1,800 square feet in the shop
Property spans 3 acres (yard space available for gardening and large scale sculptures)
Ample natural light
On-site parking
Bathroom with sink
Shared office space with printer and supplies

We aren't just an art organization - we are a group of artists building a community that actively helps each other move forward:
• guidance on exhibitions, applications, residencies, and grants
• help with websites, portfolios, and professional materials
• collective visibility and shared opportunities
• accountability, momentum, and people who genuinely want to see you level up
Many artists leave school and find themselves working alone—at home, in a garage, or jumping between pop-ups with no structure or support. We’re creating the middle space that’s been missing: a place where emerging artists can land, connect, and build sustainable practices together.
