Studio Foundations NWA is a Springdale‑based arts organization established in 2025 by Eleanor Boyd, created to support emerging and mid‑level artists by providing accessible studio space, shared resources, and community-centered creative programming. Our mission is to make art-making more attainable in Northwest Arkansas — whether through affordable workspaces, collaborative opportunities, or hands-on workshops led by trained artists.

The organization grew out of years of collective brainstorming about how to bring meaningful, high-quality arts education to the public. We are a community of artists, educators, and lifelong makers from across the Americas. Many of us first connected while studying studio art at the University of Arkansas, and together we’ve taught in more than 20 art spaces nationwide and have partnered with a range of organizations.

What unites us — and what keeps us rooted here — is a shared love for Northwest Arkansas and a commitment to building a creative ecosystem where artists at all stages can grow, experiment, and feel supported.
